Purchased a new VW and on its 1st scheduled maintenance, took it to the Brownsville TX VW dealership and told them that the front brakes were making a crunching sound. They told me that they'd check it. Got it back with the same sound and was told it's normal. On my 2nd scheduled maintenance, I took my VW back to North Park where I purchased her. Didn't mentioned the crunching brake sound. I was told that they would thoroughly check everything. Got her back and the brakes were quiet as a mouse. They did thoroughly checked her! ...

Service advisor. Andrea, was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful. She kept me informed of the progress of the repair and when to expect completion.
Andrea was great! She greeted me at the car, did an initial inspection and said the car was in good hands. She sent me a video of the inspection process and the car was ready, sooner than expected. I usually do the work myself but since I had a warranty, decided to take it in and thought it would take days to fix but I was happy with the service and maintenance. They even washed the car! Definitely going to come back.

Trini was professional and kind. He listened to my concerns and needs. He’s a gem to have. I was not impressed with the finance person. Even though he was polite, I was not happy about him pressuring me into buying Gap. I declined it twice and he still was persistent. I finally agreed because I needed to leave the dealership early due to my flight. Now that I’m back, I’m asking to cancel my GAP insurance immediately. Please make sure this is done. I will be expecting a check sometime next week.
