My family and I couldn't be more pleased with the amount of care and professionalism this North Park Volkswagen group presented. I bought a Volkswagen Tiguan 2017 from here. The car itself has been great, and I was initially very excited about the purchase. Mario was kind throughout the sales process, and the financing and overall purchase went smoothly. My frustration has been with the service afterward. I wasn’t informed that the radio wasn’t working until I was ready to purchase the car, but I was assured it would be replaced at no cost. I appreciated that, but we are now about a month out and I still do not have a working radio. There have been multiple delays, including the wrong part being ordered and then another part being needed after I drove from Austin specifically for the installation. I also waited nearly two hours for a loaner vehicle, despite confirming ahead of time that I would get one for the day. At times, I also felt rushed when trying to understand what was happening and what my options were… I understand that parts and unexpected issues happen, but I wish there had been better communication and more consideration given to the fact that I am traveling from Austin each time. After putting $8,000 down on the vehicle, I expected the car to be fully functional within the timeframe I was originally given. Overall, I love the car, but the service experience following the purchase has been somewhat disappointing.
